How Does It Work?

    After payment is received you will be automatically re-directed to a web matrix that will take you through a serious of questions that will generate the right program for you (you will need your Personal Identification Number and E-mail Address to enter).  Your program will be designed dependent on your fitness goals, fitness level and the number of days a week you will be able to workout (Note:  length of daily workouts range from 45 minutes - 1.5 hours dependent on the program that best meets yours needs).  Your program will include a 1-2 page outline of the specifics of your program, a core exercise sheet listing the exercises that you are to do everyday, pictures of every exercise in your program, pictures of stretches, safety tips for weight lifting sheet and a glossary of important fitness terms.  This detailed program is a series of simple downloads and can be in your hands in minutes.  Programs are generated in Microsoft Word format so that they can easily be printed off and taken to your fitness center with you.
