What Do I Receive?

You will receive a nutrition plan that outlines how many total calories, grams of fat, grams of carbohydrates and grams of proteins that you should be consuming each day.  This Nutrition Plan is based on many important factors such as your :  age, height, body type, sex, activity level and fitness goals. You will also receive a list of fitness tips that will help you design a diet that meets your goals.

How Does It Work?

After payment is received you will be redirected to a web page where you will asked to enter your Personal Identification Number (created below) in order to enter Insta-Nutrition Plan.  After submitting your  Personal Identification Number (PIN) you will enter a web page where Insta-Nutrition Plan can be downloaded and opened.  Open the document and enter your information in the yellow squares on the Data Entry Sheet and then click on the Results Sheet tab and Print your results.
